Awards Success for Bathshack
We are delighted to announce that we have received a number of awards for our customer service and business growth!
We won the Best Customer Service Award and were highly commended in the Business Growth Award at The Irish eCommerce Awards held in Mansion House, Dublin on the 23rd of September. The biggest eCommerce celebration on the island of Ireland, these awards recognise and reward those who are helping to shape the thriving internet retail industry through their excellent customer service.
On the 19th of October, we won Family Business of the year at the Ballymena Business Excellence Awards, while our Managing Director Peter Dunlop won Best Young Person in Business. We were also finalists in five other categories – Best Use of Digital Media, Business Growth, and the Right Place to Work.
Our most recent win was Family Business of the Year at the Belfast Chamber Business Awards, held at the Crowne Plaza on the 21st of October. Addressing the awards, Belfast Chamber President Alana Coyle said, “our Awards are about rewarding and recognising the absolute best in business in our city. The winners in each of our 22 different categories aren’t just successful businesses creating jobs, generating wealth and expanding into new markets across the globe. They are also doing some absolutely amazing and remarkable things.”
“I am delighted for Bathshack to be awarded Best Customer Service at the eCommerce Awards, and Family Business of Year at both the Ballymena and Belfast Chamber Business Awards,” said Peter Dunlop on our recent wins. “It is always a pleasure to be recognised for the way the Bathshack team live our values every day. Over the past year, we have not only grown our business in difficult times of uncertainty, but we have also opened new branches and added new team members to the Bathshack family. Winning these awards lets us win together as a team. I am very thankful to everyone who made it happen.”
We also want to extend a huge thank you to our customers. Without you, we wouldn’t be able to enjoy this success.
